2016 Glow Erie Run

Over 1,000 people came out for the 3rd annual 2016 Glow Erie Run at the Penn State Behrend campus over Memorial Day Weekend. RACE PHOTOS. Check out this amazing aerial shot by Matt Mead Photography of the starting line!

We kicked things off at the pre party with DJ Shawn Steele of Memories in Motion, a little pre run Zumba warm up with our favorite instructors Jen Smith and Britny Ruff and friends. Plus a little bounce slide action and Facepainting by Connie and of course the coolest fire juggler and ladies on stilts in Erie! Our favorite fireman, Frank the Fireman was back for his 3rd year to do the run in full gear in memoriam of the fallen heroes of 9/11. 

 

New this year was the black light selfie tent. You can see the photos HERE.

 

Along the course there were some surprises for the runners including music, laser lights and glow arches.
